I also read in an article a while ago that men should not rest laptops on their lap, but instead leave it on the desk or something, because it makes too much heat and lowers sperm count..or something like this

soy contains phyto-estrogen, **similair to the female hormone. Its true if you have a diet packed with soy products ie you drink soy milk, eat soy patties **everyday you will as a male grow breasts (man boobs) and lower your sperm count....

ovum's just another word for egg. latin vs english. when a sperm and egg fuse, it becomes a zygote, not an egg.

no iām pretty sure that a zygote is in no way an egg. like i said before, ovumās just a fancy word for egg. a zygote on the other hand is when 2 haploid cells are combined to make a diploid cell, aka sperm and egg combine to make a little baby. the baby is the zygote. this is basic bio

Low sperm count can be caused by a number of substances but two outstanding ones are Smoking and Use of Cannabis.
eating stuff like achaar , soy , dhaniyaa or haldi occasionally doesnāt lower the sperm count right away 
, this" could" happen only if that particular stuff is used as the only source of intake + consumed day in & day out for a long time , which iām sure no one doesā¦ but activities like smoking , cycling , and holding laptops on laps ( read this on internet recently) , exposure to certain radiations , which if done on regular basis & for longer period of times could effect sperm count gradually, not to forget obesity
