eating stuff like achaar , soy , dhaniyaa or haldi occasionally doesn’t lower the sperm count right away
, this" could" happen only if that particular stuff is used as the only source of intake + consumed day in & day out for a long time , which i’m sure no one does… but activities like smoking , cycling , and holding laptops on laps ( read this on internet recently) , exposure to certain radiations , which if done on regular basis & for longer period of times could effect sperm count gradually, not to forget obesity
