no i’m pretty sure that a zygote is in no way an egg. like i said before, ovum’s just a fancy word for egg. a zygote on the other hand is when 2 haploid cells are combined to make a diploid cell, aka sperm and egg combine to make a little baby. the baby is the zygote. this is basic bio
