-take a nice warm bath
-wear your favorite clothes
-go in your room and close the doors.
-look at yourself.

why wouldn’t you want to love yourself. have faith in yourself. Allah took time to made you there must be a reason…

you are not the only one in this world who had or have problems in life. Its okay i welcome my problems with smile now i am tired of being sad or cry over them.

smile honey life is beautiful… you have esteem boost it up it doesnt take much…
