low line placenta, any suggestions?

dear friends,
i am 13 weeks pregnant. last week (12 weeks pregnant) i started to bleed, rushed to the doctor, they did the ultrasound and informed me that i have low line placenta grade 3. did any one here had the same problem? kindly tell me what precautions should i take?

as always, confirm what you read online with your health specialists before you start to worry and stress. did they not make any recommendations for you to follow?

One of my freinds had this issue. Usually, the issue resolves itself but if it doesn't (found out through ultrasound), you get a c-section.
