First thing is to know why low hemoglobin and treat it.
Vegetable iron does not get absobed as much so iron suplement or red meat are better sources.
eat bananas and cheeseburgers..

My haemoglobin went down to 8.5 when I was pregnant and I was allergic to iron tablets :( my mom started giving me freshly extracted carrot juice in morning even before breakfast that did wonder. Got my haemoglobin checked 2 weeks back and it was mashallah in 12.3 , it took like 2-3 months to get to normal level. TRy having fresh carrot juice & apple juice. Apples have large amount of iron in it.

doesnt carrot juice/apple juice give u joint pains? whenever i drink any juice, my joints go crik crik and feel so cold.

^ :( thats the first time I have heard of this problem.
I don't think that juices can cause joints pain infact they help in providing nourishment to body that in turn helps in strong bones and healthy organs.
You should see a dr I dont find any correlation b/w juices and joint pain.
