Hello friends,
I am a big fan of low carb way of eating. I have already lost 10lbs last OCT and was able to maintan it with exercises and walk. I am 30 year old, 5’2 and 124lbs, yeah I know most of you must be thinking that my
weight falls in normal range of BMI.
'My target is 115lbs by mid of July.I tried doing (1st phase of Atkins induction) again but I loose the motivation.
I need people who have similar goal and willing to share there exercise routine and weight loss progress.
