have some figs ( always works for me) ..or have some flaxseeds( in a powder form)

How long you’ve been doing the low caloric diet? Couple of weeks won’t affect your menstruation flow.

It’s my 3rd week…I think I’m just being paranoid.

You have been taking just 600 calories a day that’s too little, dipping below 1200 in most cases is not recommended that is unless the doctor says its ok don’t go below 1200.
