I need some natural remedies to treat low blood pressure.

For the past 2 weeks, I was feeling dizzy n quite unbalanced. Went to the doc twice and he told me that I was 90/50 and 80/50.
And usually, it's like 120/70.
Doc told me to increase my salt intake but I wanted to know if there something else I can do instead of doing this.
That's why I asked here :)

You do need medical advise.
Check blood pressure lying down, sitting and standing.
If BP is lower in sitting and standing, that is postural hypotension.
Low fluids, bleeding can cause that too.
Either way you need blood tests (sugar and hormones) and see if any medications you might be taking have sideeffect.

Natural remedy for low blood pressure:
Always drink more amount of water which helps to prevent dehydration.
Do some walking exercise daily at least 30 minutes it helps to regulate the blood.
Take beetroot juice daily it helps to keep blood pressure to normal level.
Drinking black coffee also very helpful for low blood pressure problem.
Add a paste of raw almonds with warm milk and drink it,it is very good for those who are suffering with low blood pressure.

drink water mix with little salt and sugar ...
