now that we’ve all been duly scandalized by horrible rhymes i’d love to see/hear some examples of fun, happy and cheerful songs to sing to our little babies. i know there was a thread where people were posting rhymes, could one of the mods please merge that with this? i can’t find that thread…
my mom was singing this to my son today and the lyrics are so cute. she started crying halfway because she was remembering her mom singing it to her when she was little

i have to admit, hearing the song while thinking about my son has me teary eyed… especially the bit about the baby being lost and no one could find him until they found him in his mother’s eyes. awwww
I sometimes run out of urdu rhymes and i just dont do english ones cuz he cant understand them… So i make a lot of the rhymes upAs long as its got rhythm, its all good…
