for guys, i believe marrying someone who's a christian or a jew is fine (Ahl-e-kitab)...but its recommended that u marry a muslim if u can, thats alwayz preferred...

Agree with DM. Infact I just read quran the other day and it's in clear words that muslim men can marry the women of the book BUT it's RECOMMENDED that you marry a muslim. Another fact is that if she's Jew or Christain it's still important that she believes in One God and the day of judgement.

I think if someone non-muslim marries a muslim..
might prove difficult even if beliefs are similar.
Would take family accepting the non-believer in the myst.....
Would take effort to love.

i've heard of couple of hindu-muslim weddings. just go to city hall and get married there :D
