love,types?

Y is telling u love him/her so hard?or ur unsure that its love that u feel,y do u hesitate.
We find it easy to tell friends n family that we love em..

Y the difference? Is it a way to protect ur own feelings?

Re: love,types?

emotional attachment. saying I want him and love him can lead to intense pain if he doesn't feel the same way or he finds somebody else that's "better" or he ends up being a hurtful jerk.

that eventual separating of oneself from him emotionally and in my mind, that foresight of protecting myself right in the beginning so the pain won't happen in the future. i think that is why the hesitation might exist for somebody and protection is needed.

Re: love,types?

i dont think love can be expressed in words, when your truely love someone it shows and can be felt.

but if u are talking abt admitting then its different reason for different people

Re: love,types?

***Its fear of rejection that makes it difficult !

With family and friends , you know they'll love you regardless, so you already know the answer !
Loving a person is different because admitting it is risking rejection if it isn't compensated ......your exposing a vulnerability to someone who may not feel the same way about you and that affects not only your self esteem and confidence ( are you not worth being loved ? ) but can also affect your mental and emotional being.***

Re: love,types?

Or maybe you realize you've fallen for the most annoying person in the world, and it's like 'ah man, really heart, was that the only douche you could find?' I know I would certainly hesitate in declaring feelings if I knew the person was an ass.
