That's easy to do...

Section the front of your hair.
Back comb it a little bit. (optional)
Twist the section and then push it forward to make the quiff.
Pin and hairspray.

You don't even need to back comb it if you don't like back combing, section the hair, twist and pin. I do a very elegant beehive without back combing or hairspray, works every time!

You don't need to backcomb for a quiff that small. If you want it to last longer I would add a touch of hairspray though.
