I don’t thinks it the flight crew, but the passengers who r the problem. That is one reason why I dislike using the washrooms 
also, too many paindoos onboard.
But, atleast the service is better than Air Canada

^ most of the PIA crew is paindoo.. they dont know how to talk to people in a nice way.. maybe they want to say somethin nice.. but the way they talk.. it sounds sooooo hard n rude..

The kind of people who get on the international flights of PIA are truly bizarre. You have a noisy/budtameez crowd of wailing babies/overweight and over dressed moms/baggage loaded daddies [the kind of baggage is another story, now....]. THe folks which get on the domestic flights are much, much better....talkin about the Isb/khi ones. I've had the (mis)fortune of collecting my baggage on the same terminal as the manchester/london returned flights in Islamabad and the experience was revealing. The people couldn't get any more paindoo than that, and to think the PIA crew has to cope with these guys! They (the crew) could be more helpful, but comparing with other airlines I've travelled they're awesome.

Maybe they sound rude only to Pakistanis who live abroad. I have never heard something such as this, about the crew, from someone who resides in Pakistan.

Again, i can understand if you love your country...but why love an airline ? Thats like saying , I love department of commerce.? Makes any sense ? Just curious and wanting to understand a bit more.

I found them extremely nice, friendly and coperative..they’ve improved alot..n crew is very professional. I recommend PIA
