Re: Love online
Well… both of us met online…in a chat room…
We kind of started liking each other but we didn’t realize it was love. We exchanged numbers which was quite a strange act from my side because I usually never used to do that. But because this relation was already knotted up in the skies… I just couldn’t stop myself providing him my number.
We started communicating over phone. He asked for a date which I clearly refused. I didn’t want anyone to use my emotions… just having dates and all that stuff. He then admitted his love for me. I still thought it as a hathiyar of Man asking for a date to a girl. I respected his feelings and clearly refused the next time too. He made several attempts to convince me for a Date and everytime I made it clear if he has really pure intentions he should come first to my home and meet my family and tell them his concerns. All this time we had been talking over phone for hours and hours but we never met.
I was in love by that time but I didn’t want to be betrayed as I knew a lot of love stories around. Its not like I didn’t want to meet him… someone asking me for a date, making me feel special, admitting his love was like I was the real Queen… the way he treated me… but its just I was kind of scared with people around where it is quite difficult to differentiate between who is actually loving you and who intents to flirt you.
He accepted it. Came to my home. Spoke to my family. Went back to home. Asked his mom to talk to my mom. His mom called and said, we are coming at your home next week. And the next week, without seeing me, when they were sitting in my drawing room, his mom straightaway asked my mom to take me as her DIL. He brought his entire family. All were happy and the shocking but great part was… I didn’t need to push the tea trolly to them… lol… They even didn’t bother to look me.
There I realized, this guy really loves me a lot.
Alhamdulillah I am happy now. After 4 Years of my marriage. I won’t say my hubby happened to be the Angel on earth. All of us have good and bad habit… so do I have… so he has… the only solution to have a successful life is… lot of patience and compromises and sometimes understanding… and yes… Luck too!!
P.S., We finally dated after my date was fixed I still have the petals of the red roses he brought to me
So here it is ) Ever since I read queeny sistaa’s reply in “How/Where did you meet your spouse” thread, I was kind of curious how it actually went about. It turned out to be almost similar to my younger brother’s story. He met our bhabi ji for the first time in a yahoo chat room five years ago. Families were involved in a couple of months time. Both were studying then. Their marriage took place in March this year and everything is more than fine till now Alhamdulillah. Allah karain sub youn he hamesha acha acha rahay..
