LOVE FINALLY by Irum Binte Shahid for ARY

The story needed many more drafts!!!! T**he direction was lacking in a lot of areas e.g. the first scene belonged to a student film definitely. **Marina was the only saving grace as she had a well developed character to portray. She did it very well and kept you engaged.

Otherwise it was a cliche ridden story especially the ending. I could very easily predict what would happen next. The twist in the tale kept it interesting in the beginning but seems the writer could not commit to that for long and prematurely ended it. The resolution to the main problem was abrupt. No doctor gives his final diagnosis before the reports come out. Moreover, it appeared that the writer took an easy way out of the situation and took everyone for a ride. It was so off-putting and unconvincing! The anti-climax was taken straight from a C grade Hollywood film. I felt it was set in LA or NYU somewhere. Anyways, pagal writers aur directors hain.

Marina's assistants acted very pretentiously. Please don't twitch eyebrows and don't munch on words to show off emotions. It's so actorish! The director should have helped them out so its not the fault of the actors.
