Maybe I missed something in the article but it seemed like the reason she was given sole custody is because she’s the mother. She was allowed to take his child away from him. Not even joint custody but sole custody.
He committed adultery but he still deserves to see his child. I was criticizing the hypocrisy of using the mother-child bond to justify this woman taking the child away, while you’ll see the same type of women saying that the father can stay at home if the woman’s career is more important, effectively putting down the mother-child bond.
Please correct me if I missed something.
