Have you heard of Shaikh Ahmed Sirhidi/Mujaddid Alfe Sani?
He lived during the time of King Akbar and Jghangeer, and when Akbar started this new deen called Deen e Ilahi, he stood against them, and if it was not for him, today there would be no Muslims in the sub-Continent. He was a great scholar and Sufi. Sihaah al Sittah? Anything that reach us through reliable chain or narrators is good, and it can be in any Hadees or history book, not just Sihah Sittah.
