I have many designer stuff, and I have equally non-designers stuff to

but I was always more comfy in non-designers

when I have designers - it does feel like I am advertising for someone else without getting pay for it!

I just dont find the appeal of Louis vuitton? its just..f-ugl-ideous.

ok ok i admit, i do like some coach bags and I would like one..but whenever I think of buying one, i remember, wait a minute i can get a whole bunch of nicer stuff for cheaper! (so its always quantity vs quality w/ me

I dont like logo’ed out bags no matter how popular they are .Infact anything with logo screaming on em I dont want to own .Lvs leather bags are better but I just don't like the logo look for any thing.

Hmmm see the ones you named above are too ‘young’ for me… i just like classic bags made from good leather, and nothing that is too garish… i’m an aunty :hinna:

BTW i found my old classic LV bag that my mom gave to me wayyyyy back (so way back that the bag is probably considered vintage now :)) when i was 15… i might save it to give to my eldest daughter… she’ll probably hate it but i don’t care, she’ll have to make do with it

Designer goods (and the ppl who are too good for "fakes") are seriously overrated :p

theres a difference between Non- Designer and Fake...

Fake is un acceptable because its based on an illegal, partially child labour based industry.

I am all for non - designers WHEN i like the design.. :)

Not really an LV girl but have got a small Damier Azur speedy (that I didn't buy) that my dog likes sitting in. Do love the Suhali bags tho, soooo elegant :)

It is increasingly hard to spot a fake from a real bag these days …for the untrained eye anyway… you could easily tell the difference a whileback, but the chinese have really excelled themseleves with copying to the exact detail (excluding the bag material if it’s leather, but a randomer on the street isn’t going to come up to you and feel your bag to see if it’s fake or real!) … that’s why i avoid ‘it bags’ at all costs… as they’ll only get ripped off and why should i spend thousands of pounds when the chav waking next to me on the street has the same thing for a 100th of the price

Even the celebs are wearing fakes these days lol. Paris Hilton’s LV bikini is one that comes to mind..
