What can I do with it now? I don’t know why it went bad as even the sell by date is one week away and every thing else in the fridge is ok :bummer:
I bought it to make some ras malai and shahi tukray but now I dunno what to do with it. any idea???

You may have left your fridge open or didn’t put it in the fridge soon after getting it. Happened to me two weeks ago. I just threw it away. MIL said you could make makhan out of it but I didn’t know how.

why did it spoil so quick? i’d just toss it. if you have a garden, pour it under your plants.

I wont risk making anything with milk that has gone bad.I will feel bad throwing it but that’s what I would do.

you could also try complaining to the grocery store, if you want your money back.
