DA my kid sister used to make bread balls with stuffed mashed potatoes with the same recipe. And they tasted awesome. You just made me miss her. She is still cooking, with her tiny lovely hands, (cooking and being a good housewife being her passion) far far away somewhere

Awww mirage I also make bread balls wth stuffed mash potatoes and cheeze they taste awsum, you can stuff them with anything chicken vegetables they taste. Awsum, come to me I will make it for you

Da my sister's specialty was adding red chilly powder, finely chopped green chillies, and a pinch of tatric acid to the mash. Yummmmmmmmmmm they were. Since bread is already bland in taste, the spicy and khatti stuffing made wonderful balls.

Recipe is very simple, left over egg fried rice for binding add egg white to them. If u like bit spicy add more seasoning... Fill with cheese,give them round shape like a ball. Dip in egg, flour (optional) , bread crumbs and deep fry voila!!!

Ab recipe itni koi khaas nahi thi mere pass, I worked with left over rice tou aisy hi banaye. Glad they came out good & everyone loved them!!

you can use the rice in the mixture for Cabbage Rolls. You can look up a recipe on youtube.
