Lota! and most muslim homes ive been to also have lotay. one home had a jug. i have no idea what the goray whove used our bathroom thought of the lota.

for travel needs there si something called wudumate that I am not a big fan of.
I have used collapsible containers like this one below..when i was looking for these at photography supplies and looking at what sizes they had, the guys thought i was some avid photographer with a home studio and started asking me what I was using it for so he can recommend the right size :D..
lets just say I did not tell him that it was going to be used as a travel lota

hell no, 13.95 for lota .. no way man, me too cheap. I will buy a large size drink from the nearby burger king and use the cup as lota for the rest of the trip. 
some may have, most of them use some form of lota

Using toilet tissue paper while away is not that bad of an idea. You can wash when you get home or better yet take daily showers. I use tissue paper even when at home before washing with water pitcher.
desi Lota is good for hole in the ground Indian style pottymode. It doesn't work for American commode. The best thing is either a beer pitcher or watering can.

wet wipes work for travel also..do double duty, TP and wash..
