Westjet has lost our luggage. They are being really unsupportive about it. When we got to the airport they said it will be delivered by courier, they gave me a number in toronto but it always is on answering machine. I have contacted them but there is no response as they say they will call me back but never do. I have not left the house in three days as it was the bag with all my perfumes and toiletries etc and I am waiting for their call or for them to turn up at the door. Is there anything I can do, does anybody have any contacts that i can use.
