Yeah that is about me ..everyone who come across ME is in stunning shock ..I’m almost half the size I used to be and the miracle happened in a span of around 2 months.
Perhaps the credits goes to ..no drinks (soft drinks) ,snacks , no over eating …chewing the food instead of swallowing ..waking up as early as 4:00 am in morning ..going to bed at 10:00 pm maximum .. drinking 12 glass of water daily…cutting off excess oil intake ..and running up and down on stairs ( my job’s requirement :D)
So those who are worried about their obesity must follow the guidelines provided and Insha’Allah you’ll see the result.
Be determined and be hopeful ..don’t overdo anything .
P.S: Every now and then you can eat belly full of whatever you like to eat.

Hmmm thats very good in my opinion swimming is also the best part of exercise it really help us to loss weight 2 hrs of daily swimming really shape our body to well shaped body....
