Hello Guppies…
I am a IT professional and used to sit infront of computer from 8 to 14 hours daily. due to my this habit i m gaining a lot of weight and my wait is not more than 36 Inches and my pents are getting tight and tight, and i dont have time for Jogging, Walk etc.
Is there any one who can tell me that how can i reduce my weight.
I m getting very much concious about my weight, please do let me know some way to control all this.

Well since you stated you have no time for excercise, then the only thing you can do is eat less. Dieting isn't healthy though, keep that in mind.
Even walking a bit during your lunch hour will help.
If u spend lot of hours in your office.....u can keep a treadmill there, and jog whenever u get chance.
dude sharper image err or brookstone sell this stationary cycle thingie, its just the pedal part with some resistance. just place that under your desk and use it at when you can.
I know you are busy, we have all been there, but surely you can take 30 minutes each day to workout? dont over do it, start small, maybe just walk for 30 mins..move up to running or something after that.
Wrap yourself into a thick blanket and jog 10 hours a day for at least 1 year. You will become like a pencil. :)
