Hey girls! So far today I've had: An omlet for breakfast (it had bell peppers, onions and mushrooms) fried in a half tablespoon of olive oil. Then for lunch...ughh, I'm so upset about this but my friends came over and they wanted to order pizza so we did. I only had half a slice and wipped the grease of the top but still I'm angry about it. For dinner I'm having some cheerios with a banana, my fav :) Today was super busy so I haven't gotten a chance to work out yet but I will in an hour!

i am trying to control calories intake ..had a bowl of oats poridge for breakfast .. lunch bowl of chikpeas with some dahiii .. dinner half gher ki roti with any salan , daal any fruit in between apple ya peaches ya cantaloupe

that sounds awesome apple blossom! i didn't post yesterday but here's what I had: breakfast 1 boiled egg, lunch: a mango and a granola bar, snack: some strawberries and watermelon, and dinner I had cereal and a banana. I had lots of fruit :) For exercise I did 20 minutes of moderate cardio, 15 minutes of pilates and I was in the kitchen almost all day helping my mom cook! I think I definately burned more calories than I consumed.

Yes today there are so many things available by which we can loose weight. ya but maybe some times they are also put some side effects. but they are also effective for many persons.

I am totally agree with you because we get take the challenge without the commitment. SO we should take it as challenge as our destination and putt our efforts to chase it.

Actually banana is a good option at around 80 to 100 calories it is one of the most fulfilling snacks around and will keep you away from 200/300 calorie snacks when you're feeling hungry and you get your daily potassium requirements too
I have a banana first thing in the morning and it stops me from craving naughty snacks like crisps and chocolate

I have porridge and a sliced banana as a topping on my porridge with a drizzle of honey :) it keeps me full till about 5pm :) but i have it at roughly 11am. Last few days i've been so lazy :( no exercise plus rubbish eating. I went to the park with my family so i was running around a bit chasing after my little brother but then i had a screwball ice cream :( and then i kept snacking. Today i've been much better. I managed to do my JM 30 day shred and sort of control my eating. Although I had biryani!

Hey guys! Sorry I haven't posted the past few days, I've been super busy! But basically I've been keeping up my same diet of boiled egg for breakfast, fruit for lunch and cereal with a banana for dinner. I've also heard that banana is good for weight loss cuz its filling and low in calories. I think it's a myth that they make you fat. I've also been working out regulary so hopefully I'll be seeing results soon iA!
