i dun make new years resolutions but i am losing weight too....

running up and down the stairs, gonna start walking...for an hour a day as the snow has now cleared up...and drinking tonnes of green tea and trying not to eat rice, sugar and fried food....:)

I| need to lose alot af baby weight... 3 stones to be precise!

I'm going to put my head down and lose all of it this year. i lose weight quickly when i try, but i havnt got the motivation!

Diet starts as from today! :)

So what will u be doimg to try and lose it? Any particular diet?

I want to lose about 2 stones and inshallah my diet starts tomorrow!

Am thinkin of startin off by doing the special k diet for 2 weeks n then may start doing low carbs!

I heard eating channay empty stomch frst thing is supposed to be good too

Ok...so does it really work..the special k diet..how much weight does one lose with it in two weeks??

hmmm....i bought the special k and realised that 30 grams has 5 grams of sugar and i didnt touch it again...! :/

but i guess it works for some and dun for others as i was reading some reviews other day...on some website

I am in.. for me it will start the day after tomorrow... I am thinking joining a new gym as my friend goes there and I tend to go more often if I have someone to go with. So ya. And I will also eat healthy... Right now my diet is pretty much all messed up.. I binge eat and eat at midnight right after tht I go to bed.. soo I will definitely be fixing my habbits..
Tomorrow is a dawaat at my in-laws house and I know they will force me to eat like they always do.. but after tomorrow, I am not going to any more dawaats, and if I go, I will take my food with me.

Me also doing ... not eating junk, oily food ... havin fruits & veggis & soups... and also drinkin tea made of Ajwane & Soye........

I lost 4 pounds. 30 minute cardio everyday and eating sensibility for the most part. I get a bit more motivated when it's not so cold outside. i am okay with 1-2 pounds of weight loss per week for now.

i also started eating 3 servings of fruit a day and 3 serving of vegetables a day.
