so how long did it take you to lose a size or 2 after baby, im soo huge now its unbelieveable, my babys now 6 weeks and im still a size 16/18 uk. crapppp.; i used to be 10/12..i would like to be a 14 by the time im flying bk to pak. so any ideas/help. thats 8 weeks away…i want to look good. so any diets good, i wont starve myswelf dw…
Think about adding more fruits and veggies to your diet and eating smaller portions multiple times a day instead of just 2-3 huge meals and nothing in between. Cut down on fried/sugary stuff. Basically try keeping the food nutritious, without making it fatty.
If your doc has okayed it, work out once a day for 30 mins. With a newly born you won't be able to go to the gym so maybe invest in a workout DVD? I'm sure you'll find workout videos online too
cut back on the sugar and carbs, drink loads of water, and get moving! put the baby in the stroller and go for a walk every day. try to find a route that takes you uphill so you have to exert more energy to get there.
my doctor said to take the same diet which i was taking during pregnancy...like all the healthy stuff milk fruits cereals dryfruits juices lots of water salads etc no high calories less sugar n oil...and ofcourse walk...
one more thing i've noticed that my hair didnt fall n they've become more healthy black n shiny and glowy skin because of the good diet i guess...i was very worried about falling hair after delivery...
