ok my 2nd child is now 7months. and i am still fat. huge. my stomach still looks like its 6months pregnant. just flab all over. and im serious about weight loss.i have heard people say its harder after kids, esp 2 kids. hope thats not true.
so how hard can it be, and i want to lose weight on stuff thats already at home, branflakes/rye biscuits or watevr dont work for me. i need to lose weight on the stuff i eat already- likeroti/salan etc. but i know i need to halve the portions.
I'm still pregnant but the key to losing weight is consistency. If you've cut down on your portions, don't start eating chicken nuggets with your kids absentmindedly etc. And weight loss won't come solely from your diet, you NEED exercise - it's KEY. Take your kids out in a stroller in do a brisk walk every evening...try to go uphill to make it tougher on yourself.
Oh nadz im in same boat as u! My baby is 7months now mashallah n i soo badly need to lose weight! Iv lost quite a bit but that was without dng much just cutting down on junk but now its not budging and i think i need to start excercising an dieting! Nee to lose about 13kg in total
