Why would anyone cry if one doesn't feel the fear.. moreover if it's fear that drives anyone to believe in anything or practice anything then it's betetr not to indulge in it..
Crying can be a sign of humiliation, devotion and not just fear. Fear is driven when you know that you have not done something wrong knowingly and recognise the consequences. So nothing wrong with fear according to this post.
