I just need to lose inches from belly , love handles and flabs on my back(under my bra straps). I am not much over weight but need to lose a lttle fat on my concered areas,
Can anyone tell me the best excersize and diet planns to solve this problem???
Losing inches is prolly easier than losing the actual weight in numbers. It doesn't necessarily have to be this way, but CAN and DOES happen a lot when someone is excercising that includes cardio plus strength training.
Can you reveal more about your food intakes (what and how often do you eat), sleeping habits(time etc), your daily chorus (what do you do), your workouts (if there is any) along with your weight and height. You can PM me if you wish to.
This is the problem with most of us. Fat is not the problem but the bad approach towards life is. When we give junk food to our body, awkward sleeping time to ourselves along with irrgular and indiciplined lifestyle and thats too without any workouts...then what should we expect from our body ?
You have to continue to eat right (and the right amount of calories; too little isn't good either since it will wreck your metabolism), and of course exercise.
You can't really have "targeted" weight loss; as you lose weight overall, you'll see the difference all over your body. just be patient and strong willed. :)
