I got lot’s of requests for the dieting soup I mentioned in the tread: I’ve got 25 days…
So I thought I should just post it here!
Important: you can follow this diet for a maximum of three days! It is meant to lose some pounds for a special occasion.
Breakfast: use only fruit (as much as you want). The rest of the day you have only the soup, as much as you want! Drink at least 1 ½ liters of water per day.
1 red pepper
1 celery
1 leek
½ cabbage (white)
carrots
4 tomatoes
1 packet of vegetable soup (without vermicelli!!!)
Peel the skin of the tomatoes (by holding them in hot water). Wash and cut the other vegetables. Prepare the soup as it says on the packet and add 1 liter of cold water and the vegetables. Let it all boil for an hour. Add salt.
Use all the ingredients as mentioned above. It is the special combination of these veggies that has a weight-losing and cleansing effect!
Hi Acctually is this not a good method to diet coz
u also need vitamines ok u eat lots of fruit but u also
need to eat something like u can eat sometimes patatoes (aloe)
Our spaghetti not chawal.

Nilu, As I said before, it's just to lose some pounds for a special occasion. Like it's your best friends wedding and you want look slim fast. You can use this soup for 1 to 3 days. You shouldn't follow this diet for more than 3 days!
