Loreal Mineral Makeup

Has anyone tried the Bare Naturale Mineral Makeup from Loreal? I don’t quite like my Lancome foundation very much anymore, and wanna try something a bit cheaper and natural-looking, and natural-feeling, so I was thinking of trying this out. The only problem is every time I’ve ever gotten my makeup from the cheaper companies, I’ve noticed that I tend to break out really badly. I’m assuming that wont be the case with this, considering it’s mineral makeup.

So has anyone tried it? And how was it?

Any makeup you try should suite your skin first, sometime cheap one will be fine, but sometime one tends to break-out, so give it a trial by going to the makeup counter try it out for the whole day and see the result, that will be best way to know if it does suit you or not.

I don't think there is a way to try cheap brands such as loreal is there??? Besides buying it and testing it.

Don't have to buy them, they always a tester for customer to try, so that way you'll be able to tell if it is suitable or not.

^ NOt for drugstore brands like Loreal and revlon and whatnot..most stores, like Rite Aid and CVS DO have awesome return-policies for makeup, they dont let you try ti on, but they make up for it by letting u return it w/o any problem even if its opened and used..

i wouldn't trust anyone else's skin's reaction to any makeup. ur skin's exclusive to you and hence noone can guarantee if it'll break out or not. but id spend a few more bucks and buy good makeup than risk my skin for breakouts n scars n what not...

As for Mineral Makeup…I recently got the bareminerals…And amazingly…I donot see any difference in my face except for minor one…and for the price it costs …I dont feel that its worth the 60 bucks I paid for them……I really dont see a difference…and usually I dont wear any foundation just a concealer…without which I look like a zombie:D

Did anyone pruchase this then? or tried a tester? i am seriuosly considering buying this but i haven’t had a chance to go shopping or try it yet..so anybody willing to review it for me?

Yeah Amber I agree..I bought bare minerals and you really can’t tell your wearing anything. If you touch your face it comes off, I guess it gives more of that natural look.
You know try returning it, if you don’t like it. The reason why i’m not is caz I like the brushes and I’ll keep the kit just for the brushes hehe

I think I’m gonna go try Mac. I’ve been invited to many weddings this summer soo wanna look a bit glamourous and I think Mac gives you that look Although I don’t really wear foundation on a daily basis..

Try Lorac or Vincent Longo, they are really light and natural looking. I’ve used them before and will buy them again because you get that full coverage depending on if you buy the wet/dry compact and the liquid is really light and not cakey at all!

Go to Sephora, I’m sure they can help you test them and help you find the one that you like.. Trust me I’m always buying make-up from there, even though i don’t use it.. I just have an obsession of buying cosmetics

YES…I bought it when it first came out…Let me tell you..I love it!! Its great, it has a really natural finish and no on e can tell you’re even wearing make up! It comes on great, and the coverage and different shades are great. I use light ivory..its great! Its very light, so you cant even feel it on your skin..and it gives great coverage to even out your skin.

As from experience..I’ve used many mineral make up brands…and I would definitely say that loreal is the best. Bare minerals didn’t work for me..you have to mix 2 shades to get your shade..and I ended up looking burnt! And theres many other knock offs out there..but Loreal is a must…Its a nice natural finish.

thanks! i was wondering of the shades would suit asian skin but from ur experience it seems it shud be ok. this is the first time i am trying mineral make up. i hope the hype is worth it!

i have been using loreal foundation stick with spf in sand beige for yrs.. cant stand the liquid foundation.. its oil free

it also saves my skin from sun.. and i breakout with any product too soo mayb u should try.. its abt 11:00

Loreal Mineral make-up is very good. I bought one and I used it. It was very good, so i used it regularly. Now, I bought another one.

I have tried many different make-ups, but i don't know what's the exact problem, but my make-up goes off after an hour. But loreal make-up is very good and easy to use in just one step.

i have been using loreal's bare mineral makeup for last couple of months and for me its just real easy to use cuz u just brush on ur face and ur done, looks natural and i notice its not too much of oily or smooshy skin like the foundation's do, plus i have very oily skin and i think its a good.
