u'll need to reduce ur rice n bread intake. go more raw veges, soups, salads, fish & seafood. use nuts/seeds to snacks on rather cookies/cereal. also if u do 2-3 days juice cleanse( mostly vege n low sugar fruit) that helps u shed pounds faster. try drinking apple cider vinegar with warm water 2-3 times a day. it helps digestion.

2 things to add to it
1) check glycemic index of veggies, some are low some are high
2) read labels for cans/packets of soup, there is all kinds of junk in there.
3) salad dressings can be a killer due to HFCS in there or croutons
