Loosing weight quick...?

^Yep. I’m monitoring it every week. I lost just under 3kg in my first week by following this plan and now for the last 3 weeks I’ve been losing 1kg each week. When the progress of losing weight slows down to half a kg each week then I’ll have to increase the amount of the work out from 40 minutes to 60 by adding box and burn. At the moment I’m doing fat burning and muscle tonning with of course warm up before the work out and cool down after it.
Also, always keep your shoulders back, your tummy tucked in and your butt squeezed through out your work out to get the right shape.

Good Luck
