Hi All...I have abt a month left to my Brothers wedding and would like to loose some weight if possible..
so heres what Im doing Drinking hot water and lemon in morning tea with 3-4 biscuits for brekkie Lunch: Sandwich with thin layer of humous and loads of salad Between lunch and Dinner: Snacking on fruits/yoghurt Dinner: Grilled chicken or then cereal
Im going to start working out too-especially with all the dancing practice I need..
what else can I do to speed up weight loss?
I am trying to be healthy about loosing weight..but also at same time i need to have fast weight loss...so just doing this for a month..hopefully wont hurt!

I take tea with few cookies in the morning, fruit juice for lunch and then a plate of rice or a chappati for dinner at night. I do 40 minutes work-out and with all these efforts I am losing 1kg each week.
