Hello Friends,
So in school I was called the tall-skinny girl, which obvisouly made me feel great. But recently within 4 months I have gained about 30 pounds.
My current wieght is 140 p/ 65 Kg.
Being a teen I admit now I feel awfully bad gaining so much weight. It maybe influence from the many things around me but I must say that I wont to be underweight.
I have read through some of the posts here which have given great tips to lose weight but I just want all you different ideas and experiances on how you lost weight.
I am definately gonna go on a diet and stop eating all the junk food I have starten eating recently so I need some suggestions, maybe a diet plan from someone … Please?
I have also heard green tea after meals helps losing weight.. but not sure if its true.
One other thing I did join a gym some time back but noticed it didnt really help.. but I think I should start going back to it because maybe with all the dieting and stuff there might be some improvement.
Can someone suggest any exercise or the machines I should use?
Also if you have any way (techniques) or at home exercise which I can do please suggest them.
I have a good whole month where I am free and I would definately want to use this time to get into shape again!
