Hi, All, its been long since i m on GS. as some of you know that my mom was passed away.
I want help from you guys again.
recently my elder sis has got a baby girl MA, 2 weeks back with surgery
now it comes to the process of post regimens and tips, how she shud be cared that can help her loose her weight and belly.
she is much tensed abt it… more over this the the very 1st baby of my sis and as you kno my mom is no more to take care or guide., rest of the relatives and aunties are not as caring as a mother shud be.
kinldy let me know abt the detaild or any link where all this is already discussed in detail.
