I am losing my Patience nowadays:hinna:
I am only patient with the students I teach but once I lost my patience and told them in a stern voice to keep the mobiles on the side.
But besides students I am totally losing my patience:bummer: at home with my siblings and on GS too.
I wasn’t like this pehle.I was known to be v patient during my uni days and even later.
Why is this happening now?
How to remedy it?

I think you are stressed out at your job because of your students. Which grade do you teach? I used to teach 8-11 yr olds at a summer camp, and holy crap, were these kids monsters or WHAT!?...It might be a good idea to make classroom rules WITH THE KIDS and have them posted in your class. Because you will be making it with them and with their 'insight', they will be more likely to follow them. Have some sort of punishment if the rules are not followed - eg lunch time detention etc.

go out for a nice walk in the nature and free ur mind. stress and a lot of work load is probably causing u to over react. just ease up and free ur mind.
