Yes most definitely. If someone walks in with tatoos all over. They will be giving a terrible image of themselves. Similarly, a girl wearing too much jewellery is a huge no no .
It matters how you dress up and choose to look like at work.

Of course. This guy interviewed at my firm awhile ago and even though he had the right qualifications, he didn't get the job because his shirt was wrinkled and he wasn't wearing a tie.
