Please share any secrets of looking young for long? Also anything to prevent and reduce laugh lines?

This ones a toughie since genetics play a huge role in this but I suggest:

  • always maintaining your weight and not letting it fluctuate (can cause baggy skin, esp. when your skin is maturing and doesn't have the same elasticity)

  • drinking water

  • Most importantly having a proper skin care regimen where you use the correct products for your skin type and use a proper cleanser, moisturizer WITH SPF (desi skin tans and absorbs the sun a lot more and we need more protection, since the rays can damage your skin big time. I'm not even 20 yet but I ALWAYS wear an SPF 90 anytime I step out, whether the sun is out or not (but I will be switching to 60 since I find it to be too heavy for the summer heat).

*There are UVA rays which are not visible even the sun isn't out so get an SPF which has UVA/UVB protection and wear it on any skin being exposed to the sun. And remember, a good cleanser (dont use foamy ones which are more for us girls in our teens or 20s, try using a gel or cream cleanser as they are moisturizing and moisture is what prevents fine lines greatly) and moisturizer with SPF are usually available in drugstores and are not expensive. *

  • You also cannot forget eye cream and a night cream. You should def. invest in these two products and try higher end brands as opposed to drugstore. These two things can help greatly with the fine lines and slowing down the aging process and I believe are the most important part in an anti-ageing skin regimen.

And of course, you have to remember there is only so much you can only do until you hit a certain age (mid 40s?) and then you have to rely on some help from the pros since creams and other topical things may help with the skin's texture but wont cure actual lines and such. That being said, women aging now don't have to worry too much about aging because of all the medical advancements such as fillers and collagen shots and even botox. And then of course there is just accepting the cycle and aging gracefully. Yay!

good skin care, fruits, and vitamin r really help to maintain healthy skin.
Night u take a bowl of fruits of different variety. and vitamin also help.
Only there is a prob in selecting good skin care products. that really help u.
