A woman’s is missing after war or mistreats her or for some other legit/islamic reason she is filling for khulla. It appears to be an open £ shut case she will get the divorce through court. Now if someone is proposing her,when case is at final stage but she is still someone else’s spouse. Would it be inappropriate of this guy to maintain and look good for her?

yes, its is still wrong. . . until u complete ur after divorce period , it is haram .

For second case its the same becoz the second one is not under nikah of the male so they r doing haram deed
