I don't understand what's taking scotland yard so long? its clear that they are guilty just by looking at this video. Ban them for life and move on with the game...the longer they take to investigate this...more this issue will start to die down.

They are not guilty for Scotland Yard but guilty for ICC, still ICC needs solid proof/evidence to ban them.

The conference before the ball was probably to remind Aamir that he had to bowl a no ball.

Sorry to ruin your party guys but this always happens. Players fielding close (specially captain) and even the batsman on non-striking end mostly keep eye on the bowler till he delivers the ball. Dont try to make it "obvious" now just because we know what was the reason to bowl a no-ball. :)
For the conference b4 delivery I agree that might be a reminder for young Aamir.

The footage does not reveal as much as Butt's body language at the press conference

Its normal to follow bowlers run up all the way through when he actually delivers the ball. However yes others have pointed, the meeting just before the ball could have been a reminder to Amir, OR since this was a first ball of the third over a normal team meeting would have occurred.
However the length of no-ball made it so suspicious from the beginning since Amir does not bowl many. Also when Asif bowled his no-ball in the 10th over, the commentator immediately mentions that we have seen quite big no balls from Pakistani bowlers today. So even commentator noticed the odd behavior in Pakistani bowling.
