Believe it or not, you don't have to be a hollywood actress to pull this off. It brings out your features in a good way and lengthens the neck -or it seems so.. (use mouse and hair spray, no gel)

I'm not a Nicole Richie fan but she has my new favorite haircut especially when it's blown out straight. It's such a versatile haircut and the length is very flattering. It's longish yet not too short with great layers and movement. I'm considering getting this cut now. Cause I'm quickly getting bored with long and flat hair.
