You can get this fabric from Joann fabrics and turn it into table linens.
They have it in many colors. It is not on net, very beautiful and flowy just like in the picture.

Thanks Noor! I will be in touch. Lusi I have searched for soooo long. Joann fabrics has the cheapy kind where the sequins are like glued on the fabric not with the sequins in this style.
