Hi there,

I know this may not be d right place for this thread but jus wondering if any of uze lot kno of any good 'rishteh' sites?? its just dat im looking for a rishta for my brother and as we've looked around in our families/friends and had no joy so far, we thought it may be a good idea to search sum of these matrimonial sites.

I wuld like to know wat ur xperiences were wid any of d sites, whether good or bad? and wat ur opinion is of such routes of looking for d 'right person'??

My brother's 25yrs of age, we live in UK, we are Sunni Muslims and he is looking for someone aged between 20-24yrs, someone who is outgoing and bubbly in personality as he has a great sense of humour and beleives communication comes first in a relationship. I dont know his exact height, but id say his about average height, not tall and not short, in-between and then his build/frame is slim/muscular. His skin colour is more of a beige colour, not dark and not light.

umm weather u r looking for a girl or guy for “rishta” u should never go on these matrimonial sites..cuz the ppl who post their info their r the ppl who r not really … i dont know wht to say but its kinda odd to contact a person who has posted his/her profile online for this reason!
u should mayb try** the “desi” formula by looking for girls in weddings/engagements/parties..****!**

Sounds good, how tall exactly? i think my bro is about 5 '7 or 5'8, but im not 100% sure so not looking for someone very tall - maybe around 5'1 - 5'5 in height to be on safe side.

hay........

one is 28 working for a investment bank in london she is 5 ft 10", other is 26 also working for a bank she is 5ft 6" and the third is 24 working in acounts ans she is 5 ft 7" this one would prefer a guy who is failry religious...........
they liv in london and are from islamabad in pak.....they dont mind rishtey from anywhere in the uk but have to have good jobs etc..........

very nice girls and come from a good family.......

Afro Sheen. why are you surprised at that??? if the person fits within their specific age, job status, or height category why can't the rishta process be kicked off based on that info???

I don't think they are marrying based on that info, just trying to get to know the other person better.
