are you asking about renting an apartment for just one month? your best options are to check local websites, esp. university community websites, for sublets. it is not usual to find apartments rented on a monthly basis.

individuals who rent out properties on their own, sometimes let people rent it on a month to month basis, but they have to be desperate to rent out the place to be doing that.
