Looking for musical or any event to attend in Karachi mid Jan

Hi GS Folks,
I’m planning to visit Karachi for a week around mid Jan. 2013. Coincidentally a very old friend is also visiting in the same time. I thought it would be great if there is an event during that time that we can attend, I have googled karachi events, etc. but didn’t find anything useful. I’m looking for information that anyone might have if there are any music shows, literary events, mushairas, concerts, fashion shows, etc…
I would really appreciate if anyone can provide any information…

Altaf Bhai ke toheen adalat case ki hearing fixed hai 7th of January ko.. so expect some sequel of 'Parde main rehne do' disco dance concert next January.

Thanks Gina :) unfortunately I'll reach Karachi either on the night of 15th or 16th so may not be able to catch any of these.... Any info on events after the 15th or so..?
I was also told by friends that stage plays have become very popular... I checked Arts Council and PACC's websites but no info there...
