It’s very interesting…and especially the way you’ve put it. Unfortunately, the thing is that if a girl has all of the qualities that you’ve described then she would be obediant to her parents and most likely prefer arrange marriage. If you try to approach a girl like that you’ll get no positive response in return.
Another thing…the same girl may wanna look for the same qualities in her would-be husband or the guy she wants to marry.
