I was wondering if anyone could help me find a ladies’ gym in Defence Lahore. Looking for a affordable gym, not something like Shapes or Gymkhana etc.

Can anyone help PLEASE???

SHAPES used to be affordable a few years ago...they had different types of memberships back then...don't know about now...

waise zafar ali road per aik aur gym hai. microfitness fitness gym.
Is kay elawa shapes or lahore gym khana, sukh chen gym.
excpt this anyone know.

dont need to go gym in pak anywhere,,who knows wen a terrorist ll cme n firing start.....just buy sme machins n make ur own home gym full of safty comparativly...hope nobody will mind...

This one is quite expensive.

Try Garrisons gym or traxx but these are not just for ladies. same goes for life fitness @ MOL

Traxx have a ladies section and also if you have a membership for traxx i think you also get the member ship for polo ground and you can walk or jog on the track with out anyone staring at you. They even have a mini zoo if you have kids you can just drop them off in that area.

Oh i so miss those days.
